Baby Ralphy

So you all know that my little puppy Ralphy is my baby. I love him so much! I took this picture when he was very little, it is one of my favorites! Adorable! Ralphy is a very observant dog, he knows that things have been changing a lot. We got Ralphy when I was a senior in High School, and I have lived at home all through college. About a week or two before Josh and I got married, Ralphy just shut down. He was acting so strange, and he would go in my room and poop. I think he was mad at me because he thought I was leaving him. Don't get me wrong, Ralphy absolutely loves Josh, which is rare for Ralphy. But he knew something was changing. Little did he know that we would be living at home for a few months, ha ha. Ralphy has been loving it. He follows Josh and me everywhere. Well we will be moving to our new place soon, and I know it will really affect Ralphy. Thankfully we will be really close by. But Josh and I, and my parents, have been thinking that Ralphy will have to come stay with us a lot. We'll be having a lot of sleepovers. I'm a little worried to see how Ralphy is going to react to us leaving. It may be a slow transition, but I think he will get used to it. I hope!

Inspection

We got our future home inspected today! Everything was superb. The inspector really liked the place and said he was just "tickled" for us. He was a really nice guy, and he showed us how everything worked and the great condition it was in.  It made me super excited that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our place! Yahoo! Josh and I can't wait to move in, we can hardly stand it.

Moving Forward

I am so excited! We finally found the place we will (most likely) be living for the next few years! Josh and I have been wanting to find a place to buy for a while now. We have had no luck up to this point. At first we were looking more at single family houses, because we both wanted a yard, and Josh wanted a fire pit. But we just weren't finding much of anything. Then we found this beautiful condo/townhouse that we love. It does actually have a fire pit, a community fire pit. Ha ha. We decided to put in our offer fairly low, so we could have some room to negotiate. To our surprise and great joy, the sellers countered at an amazing price! Quite a bit lower than we thought they would. We got the approval from the bank, and accepted their counter tonight! I was so happy! This place is beautiful. The sellers have really taken care of it, and it is only 2 years old. I fell in love with the kitchen as soon as we walked up the stairs. It has huge oak cabinets and beautiful vaulted ceilings. The vaulted ceilings are throughout the whole condo. I love it. It opens the space up so nicely. The condo is a two bedroom, two bathroom, which is wonderful! We are so excited we found this place. It is in West Jordan, and only about 2 minutes away from my parents house, with a huge hill before you get there. I am really looking forward to the many hill workouts I will be doing. Josh, on the other hand, is kind of dreading those hill workouts I will make him come on with me! Ha ha. He is a good sport! I love him! We have a lot of work to do to get this closed, and to get us moved in. I can't wait to make this place our home!

Looks like Paradise!

So Ray and Trev went to Cancun for there Honeymoon. They had an awesome time, and it made me really want to go to Cancun too! This picture sealed the deal for sure. This is in a deep cave, with long roots hanging down, and the water is 150 feet deep! Crazy! Rachael said it was amazing! Is that awesome or what?

State Fair Fun

So Josh and I wanted to take the girls somewhere fun this last week because we were on our Honeymoon on their Birthday. They are now five years old and started Kindergarden! I can't believe it! I thought it would be fun to take them to the State Fair, they had never been before, and neither had Josh. The fair has all sorts of people there, and it can be a little scary and trashy. But when you are a kid, you don't notice those things. All you think about is the fun (possibly very dangerous) rides, cotton candy, and stinky animals. That was just what it was for the girls. They had such a blast. Later that night when I was putting them to bed, Emma said "my favorite part was petting the sheep", and Grace said "my favorite part was riding the fast car!" It was a fun night. Josh on the other hand didn't think the fair was that great. He just thought it was overpriced, which it totally is! Ha ha. The only part that disappointed me was the bunnies. Where were all the bunnies? It was about a third of the size it usually is. I was really looking forward to the bunnies, and was totally let down. They did have white tigers though, which I have never seen! Sweet!

Favorite Kiddy Pictures

I spent a lot of time scanning in old pictures of Josh and me for a slideshow at our reception. So I am going to post some of my favorite kiddy pics of us.  Josh was so chubby and cute as a little tike. I love the one with my whole family, I must have been left out in the sun too long. Have you ever seen such a tan baby? Ha ha. I also love the one of Josh with Jordan and Courtney, all completely unimpressed by the fake dinosaur behind them. The picture where Josh is falling asleep in front of his birthday cake is hilarious too. The picture at the top is my first and only time I was in a dance class. When it came time to perform, I just did my own dance, waved to the crowd, and ran all over the stage. Its fun to look back on those carefree, innocent days as a kid.

Ray and Trevs Special Day

So many of you know that my little sister Rachael married her High School sweetie 20 days after Josh and I got married. Crazy right? It was a great day for everyone, especially Ray and Trev, as it should be. They are off on their Honeymoon in Mexico. Here are a couple pics from the temple. Such a cute couple!
